I decided to try this place today for an early dinner, despite the negative reviews I’ve seen. The hostess is very kind! The restaurant itself is hot, I didn’t complain but be aware of that. I ordered something that I saw online that was a part of a vegan set and a vegan few rolls. My partner asked the waiter what was in it, we thought it was okay. The minute it came out I saw it wasn’t. If the Reston location is closed, I should not be able to place an order for a meal on Door Dash, be advised that the dasher is waiting on my order, only to have the order cancelled 40 mins later “because Kusshi was reported to be closed and currently unable to fulfill your order”
Waited for more than 30 minutes to pickup the order, if the chefs working inside can’t make rolls in this amount of time, better remove it from the menu or hire more chefs.
