We booked for 3 hours, they came and said since they are bringing 3 people they will only clean for 1 hour, even though no where it said that on the booking, and we booked by hour not by people. Did a terrible job, we asked multiple times for certain things to be done but they did not do, our home was basically empty, no furniture or anything, all they had to do is clean the floors and bathroom, baseboard, and kitchen, and still everything was not done.
