Fantastic Japanese restaurant that we are very lucky to have in Nottingham. You can reserve a table for the evening only, but I arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday and was the first in the queue for lunch and it’s worth the wait til they open at 12. I wish they served food outside but you can have a drink out there. Do the lunchtime deal!

What a top restaurant this is. I feel I shouldn't do such a good review on this place as I want to make sure I can get a seat next time I visit lol 😆 So my partner have wanted to go here now for some time , and finally took the plunge last week. Went here on thurs 21st aug with my kids. Absolutey outstanding. We had lots of dishes, about 10 or 11. Probably couple too many. Prawn toast and pork in miso butter sauce were sensational. Service was superb and they took time to explain the ingredients in each dish. Margaritas were fantastic too. Spent �315 but that was only because we had alot of dishes and lots of drinks. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed by my experience here. For �30-�40 per person at a minimum, the food was average at best. Not very flavorful and very strong mayonnaise flavor in a lot of the dishes. The beef skewers were incredibly chewy, wouldn’t recommend them. The best thing we had was the cheese mochi. However for �9 per plate I don’t think anything was worth it for the portion sizes and what you got.
