Have been using kushi since 2020 never has my return been as low as it has been for the past 5 years. This year I was quoted over the phone after my taxes were prepared 140$ ok seems high but whatever they're done so ok. I get there to pick them up they say 240$ wtf I paid it but I'm so mad I will never go back again. Mind you I have 1 w2 should be easy. I'm very upset n do not recommend
My mother-in-law was serviced by this firm for many years. When my wife went to settle her estate over the last three years, it was a very bad experience: numerous errors, missing documents, severe lack of communication. We do not recommend, the office is very unprofessional. It took multiple trips to the IRS to work things out zero help from them.
