At the time of the order, the merchant charged my PayPal account and then cancelled the orders immediately after payment was received. The merchant did not ship the ordered items. Twice I emailed the merchant, on their website, about the orders and did not receive any reply. This use to be a great company with great tech service for their products. NO More tech services period. Bought ISO covers for heated grips on Goldwing 1800, Pain in the a** to install and tries to get help. Noticed product made overseas instead of the great Factory I had visited several.times. Over years have bought about 3k in their products over the years and 6 motorcycles owned. NO MORE
