I highly recommend Pavi at the Marlborough location! She does a fantastic job of threading for eyebrows, upper lip and chin in a way that does not hurt. She is friendly and gentle and takes lot of care during the service.

I told the lady to clean my brows Only and shape them a little bit. I also let her know that I do not want them thin.and now I end up having thin eyebrows and uneven shape!! She argued with me that it was my eyebrow that's uneven when they are not!! I waited for two months for my brows to grow so I can get them done how I preferred them to look! It's frustrating, as people can notice they look bad and I do not even wear eyebrow gel or pencil!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I came in for a simple upper lip cleaning and was asked if I also wanted my eyebrows done. I made it very clear that I only wanted them cleaned, not shaped. I even asked if the woman had worked on my eyebrows before, because I’m very particular about them and don’t let just anyone touch them.
