I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I came in for a simple upper lip cleaning and was asked if I also wanted my eyebrows done. I made it very clear that I only wanted them cleaned, not shaped. My friend went for eye brow and lip threading . Her experience was great . The girl Manjot was in making my friend confortable as it was her first experience. Mankit had a great customer service skills. Thankyou

Only wanted a clean up but left with thinner brows than I went in with. The younger worker there on May 28, 2025 around late morning/noon didn’t seem to have much experience AT ALL. She didn’t know how to put the chair back or head piece on. When doing my brows she began to rush because someone else came in to get theirs done. She did both brows without asking if I was okay with the first brow. Seemed messy, hair all over. There is still hair around my eyebrows that need threading.
