I wish i can give them less than zero star if it's possible, staff is so unwelcoming and they are so rude having different knid of attitude, I had very bad experience with my eyebrows after having done with my eyebrows I ask her to fix it so she said I'm going to take lower layer off if it's uneven or something then that's not my problem, like seriously I paid for it nd you should know your job in better ways. Well, I recommend to u guys avoid to go at this location.
I’ve been looking for a brow place since I’ve move to Ottawa and I’ve found it! I’ve been getting my brows done by Nadia for over 6 months and it’s perfection every time! She does an amazing job shaping my brows and giving my advice on maintenance. 100% recommend!

Nadia did an amazing job with threading on my face! After many disappointments at other places, I honestly don’t trust anyone with my eyebrows—but Nadia changed that. She was gentle, precise, and really listened to what I wanted. I think I’m finally ready to trust her with my eyebrows next time. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again!
If you are looking for an eyebrow lady i would recommend Firozeh. Not only is she very kind but she is skilled and fast, I have been going to her for almost a year now and she slays my brows all the time. If you want to trust someone with your eyebrows Firozeh is the one!!
