I had a really nice experience for facial and eyebrows with Shivani!
She was incredibly gentle and friendly. She had a very light touch, and I barely felt any pain. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you
I booked a facial at Kurves today. I was greeted by Shivina, who directed me to our room, I was getting the facial without harsh chemicals(l don't know what they called this) which I have never had before, so this was all foreign to me. Once in the room, she asked me a few questions regarding my skin and I must admit, I can be hard on myself and I flat-out said I have bad skin. This was my first visit and unfortunately my worst experience so far. I clearly asked to just remove the extras, but the stylist went ahead and reshaped my eyebrows without checking with me. She mentioned they were uneven — but I never asked for reshaping, just a cleanup. I don’t understand why she thought she knew better than what I specifically requested. My eyebrows were made much thinner than I wanted, and there was no communication or confirmation. Really disappointing. This was my first negative google review btw 🙃
