I had a very disappointing experience around 2 weeks ago. I went in expecting to have my eyebrows lightly cleaned up and shaped. Before the threading started, I clearly told the technician that I did not want my eyebrows made too thin because they're naturally on the thicker side, have a nice shape, and suit my face. I came here less than a week ago. The lady working there tried to upsell me on henna eyebrows and actually told me I had “bald spots.” Maybe she should work on her sales skills, because my eyebrows are full and definitely don’t have any bald spots. Today, my mom went in, politely declined the henna, and the employee seemed offended that she wouldn’t pay for the extra service. After that, she did a terrible job on my mom’s eyebrows.
