Today I went for eyebrow threading for the first time there, and left super happy with the results! Andrea is great! I will definitely be coming back.
I was referred to Andrea by a friend, and I’m so glad I followed the recommendation! She is incredibly professional, warm, and talented at what she does. I have sensitive skin, and she’s always so gentle and careful—her touch is soft and reassuring. Every time I leave, my results are perfect, and I always feel taken care of. I now trust her completely with my eyebrows and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and kind esthetician!
I was too upset to ask to speak to a manager about this. Went in for a lash lift, I couldn’t see properly when it finished (blurry vision). As soon as I got to my car, I took this pic. It looks like they’re already relaxed. I’ve never had it where 2 people were doing my lashes, unless this girl was in training, but no one told me anything. I won’t be returning here, and don’t understand how many good reviews they have… I should have gone back in for a refund.
