I've visited here a bunch of times for multiple services because it is convenient but will not be returning. I booked today because of a current 20% off promotion on all services when you spend over $65. I was duped out of this promotion by the lady who cashed me out as I had spent over $120 in waxing services. The customer service is not good and I cant trust I'll be charged accurately at the end of my service.

I came in today and specifically asked for my eyebrows NOT to be thin. I made it very clear that I wanted to keep them fuller, but I left with paper-thin eyebrows with a random bald spot in my brows now. Also, that look nothing like what I asked for. I’m honestly so disappointed and upset with the result. When someone gives clear instructions, they should be listened to—especially with something like eyebrows that take months to grow back.
