I’ve just signed a lease to move into Kurv and cannot recommend and thank Claire enough for how helpful and approachable she was during this process! Not only did we manage to sign a lease 4 days after making initial contact, but Claire has been incredibly responsive, very clear and helpful in all communications and we were kept up to date at all times during the process. Very thankful and couldn’t recommend more!

A good building manager can make or break an apartment residence. Jacob is by far the best building manager I have ever experienced. Always available, punctual, reliable, and efficient. Keep it up Jacob. Employees can represent a company and reflect its culture. In this case it’s a good image! The building is great! Units large. Excellent rooftop pool and entertainment area. Quiet at night. Awesome position. I recommend to anyone. Once the construction across the street is complete, I’ll give it six stars. M
Love kurv building! The pool and garden. But Jacob is what makes us feel so welcomed and if ever we had a problem he is there. The best building manager me or my partner have ever had.
