A good building manager can make or break an apartment residence. Jacob is by far the best building manager I have ever experienced. Always available, punctual, reliable, and efficient. Keep it up Jacob. Employees can represent a company and reflect its culture. In this case it’s a good image! The building is great! Units large. Excellent rooftop pool and entertainment area. Quiet at night. Awesome position. I recommend to anyone. Once the construction across the street is complete, I’ll give it six stars. M
Love kurv building! The pool and garden. But Jacob is what makes us feel so welcomed and if ever we had a problem he is there. The best building manager me or my partner have ever had.
We have lived here for 5 years and only stayed so long because of how amazing Jacob was as our property manager. He was always kind and genuinely cared. He is the best property manager we have ever dealt with.
There is no better location in Brisbane than Kurv, Newstead ! You are walking distance to absolutely everything you need. Grab a coffee, a meal, a beer at one of several breweries, take a stroll along the river, take the city cat to the city, the list goes on and on. Being a smaller building , you really get a great community feel living at Kurv. All the residents are friendly, respectful, and the building is kept in perfect condition.
