Drove 1.5 hours from afar, only to be welcomed by a closed sign. Owner should update their opening hours as the current one is definitely not right - they’re not open at 1pm on a Saturday.
We just happened to pop in here after looking for somewhere quick for dinner & remembered this as a recommendation. The service was lovely & friendly, and the food was delicious. We had the chicken katsu & prawn tempura bowl, which tasted fresh & homemade. Simple but done so well. And we loved the fresh mango juice!
This was my first time trying the food here and it was fantastic! Im looking forward to trying more things from the menu. They we're really nice and polite, so overall 10/10 experience, thank you x
Great to finally get to Kuru Kuru 2 after so many years enjoying Shiyam's food in town. I've not decided whether I prefer the deep-fried salmon in the teriyaki bowl or the way Shiyam does it but it was certainly tasty. The spicy crispy salmon skin roll was just a little bit too spicy for me, but then I'm a wimp! See you again soon.
