I started a credit repair program in June of 2021. Chris Kurtz was hired for a dispute with equifax. It is now Jan 2022 and this is not completed. He does not respond to emails or calls. Poor poor poor communication from him. The little communication that he has provided is a complete run around. I have received in total 4 emails from him that state “we should be settled by the end of the month” months and months have passed with no delivery on his word and this is still not settled.
