I absolutely love this place! Ashlee was amazing to work with and she is absolutely passionate as well. She works with the dogs and then also shows the owner how to work with dog as well. Overall a great experience!
My husband and I absolutely loved our first session with Kristen and our pup! She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She gave us a lot of advice and took the time to explain everything she was doing to not only train our dog but also train us. We can now go home and continue our training and come back ready for our next session!
Everyone here is amazing! They had so much knowledge to share with us and saved our dog. They helped us manage his reactivity and taught us how to handle our dog. I’ve been to many trainers and Kurtz K9’s is by far the best. Be prepared to be very hands on in your dogs training because, yes our dogs have a lot to learn, but so do we! They handled Sunny so well and we could tell they really cared about him and his training. We've had a wonderful experience at Kurtz K9 with Desiree and her training methods. She introduced him to impulse control and taught us how to work with him. He's come a long way and so have I. It's been challenging for me because he's so different than our other fur babies and had little regard for me. 80lbs+ of terrier dane puppy! If you are needing help with your pup, I highly recommend reaching out to this trainer.
I HIGHLY recommend Kurtz K9's. I found them thru a West County page suggestion. Carolyn was extremely fast to respond to me, every time I emailed her. Which, has been a lot. And Megan has been our trainer. We have only been two times, but our dog was taking new commands, after the first session. As we got there for session two, she pulled us to the door.
