Great people and good service.
What a great first time experience. I never had to have glass replacement, and when I smashed my back window, I was really upset. My neighbor, Steve, recommended Mike, Kurtz Bros. I wanted to work with a local business, so I was happy to hear they were on my insurances' Preferred list. Mike was on time, replaced the window, but I also needed a windshield motor as I bent it during the window crash. Took almost a month to get an appointment. You can leave messages but rarely get a callback. Finally got an appointment and NOT surprisingly, they hadn't arrived by 6 PM. Cancelled and got scheduled right away with another service. I have used this company before w/o any problems but will never use them again!
Paid for the glass and they will not answer or return any phone calls
