Great repair experience!!! (OK get ready for a long story.) I doubt anyone will have as good an experience as me though, since I essentially got a free repair. I’m refinishing an old 3-Family building with 16 rooms with lots of wood floors. My worker bought a used floor sanding machine and the electrical connection broke on the first day. James is the best repair guy ever. He's ALWAYS on time, gets all equipment repaired asap, changes his schedule they need him to and he's NEVER rude or nasty on any phones as the last reviewer suggested. THAT'S the truth. I told James about the bad review and James told me the last reviewer was pushy, wouldn't stop calling and thought that HE was the only customer in need of repairs. So I HAD to leave this REAL and HONEST review. Google reviews can be such an injustice in the wrong hands..
