A lot of our older patients may have emphysema or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and until you speak with them, you really don't realize how big of a burden this disease process has on their lives. Often times they feel they can't keep up with their grandkids, or can't go on vacation, or go for walks with their dog. You really have to listen to the patient in order to devise a treatment plan that works for them.

First meeting with Dr. Munzer. Staff is tremendous and so is he. Dr. Munzer is detailed oriented, highly competent, and has a welcoming personality.
Dr.Munzer is great! But his office staff has problems with getting the correct medication and amount called into the pharmacy. Pretty important don’t you think? Not returning repeated calls from the pharmacy about medication. Despite my trying to correct this they still can’t seem to get it right. Really scary that such inept people work in a Doctors office. Very caring and patient.
It is always scary going to see a new doctor- specialist. I knew right away that I would trust him with my care. Dr Munzer is caring, understanding and patient.
Very courteous and thorough nice. Answers questions slowly and helps you understand what is going on.
