I went on reddit to look up trustworthy jewellers in the Kw area and I am SO glad I went with Kurtis for my custom wedding band. Great customer service, jewellery expertise and fair pricing. Cindy helped realize my vision of a channel set gold band with diamonds and I love the result so much! Cindy was so patient throughout the entire process, asked the right questions to make sure I'm sure, and was always communicative via email/phone. We will be going back to Kurtis for our jewellery needs in the future :)

My significant partner and I dropped off a ring to have it resized they couldn't meet our needs they returned our ring delivering it back to us being very professional and helpful we appreciate them for being so transparent. Sincerely Deni & Norm.
Brought ring in February 8th 9:30 am Saturday was told we would have better understanding Tuesday when the ring would be done saying February 14th. When we didn't hear from them on Tuesday we called Wednesday and we were told it would be done by the Feb 14th regarding ring sizing asking to have it resized from 7 to 7.5 and we were quoted $60.00 to $100.00 and now it's doubled saying $200.
