First, for my mower tire repair, a person arrived at the time I informed him earlier that I had an appointment so I was already gone. After many calls on my part someone was to come to repair mower tire at various times (I kept calling to find out when they would actually arrive since they missed several scheduled? times and I never received a call that they couldn't make it.
