My family and I were very pleased with how Mr. Kurtin handled everything in our case (not guilty on a literal made up charge, and malicious prosecution). Our court/justice system, is not what we are led to believe, and without people like Mr. Kurtin, real attorneys, that will push back, enforce protocols, and the law as it is written and legislated, none of us have a chance at real defense against the corrupt among us.
