Excellent Doctor
Evaluated my son last year for a tongue tie. Said it wasn’t serious enough to need revision. My son has now been diagnosed with a severe tongue tie that has not only impacted his ability to handle solid foods but also his fine/gross motor development putting him months behind in milestones. 0 stars if I could. Go outside of Carilion for this if you can.
Dr Chen was articulate in his explanation. More importantly, he had a very good patient Doctor relationship. I left his office feeling very good about my visit.
Dr Chen removed a tumor from my saliva gland around 2011. Other doctors told me I would have a permanent facial weakness because of a nerve being affected. Dr Chen was able to remove it and I had no lasting effects. He is an amazing doctor and in my opinion the very best ENT around. He also was able to correct a problem my wife had with her ear in one visit. Simply the best.
