I couldn’t even get them on the phone to make my first appointment I called 10 times within 1hr so I’m gonna go somewhere else
Imagine you work all day and then drive over an hour to get to your appointment. They take the person whose appointment is fifteen minutes after yours before you, even though you were there on time. You bring this to the attention of the receptionist, who then acts like she doesn’t even know who you’re talking about and even ask you the patient, the stranger’s name. Dr.Vernon is the WORST Gastro doctor I have ever met. My mother has had severe stomach pains with nausea accompanied with not being able to eat or drink anything for days. Started in 2016 and she has been to Vernon before. She had a colonoscopy this morning, he was rude when he first came in, he acted as if we were stupid, I just asked if a couple things I had in mind would be checked and his response “Were doing a endoscopy and Colonscopy”. Worst provider I have every dealt with, he is arrogant and his bedside manners are non existent , this provider is rude and will interrupt every time you try to speak. He in incompetent and negligent. I do not recommend, READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE ON A GI!!!! He needs to retire if he does not want to deal with patients. Thats all I have to say to that.
Dr. Vernon is plain out rude, he preaches about educating patients and encouraging them to ask any questions but interrupts and does not explain anything. He is the WORST provider I have ever seen. Staff never answer calls. Wait time is way over an hour!! Do not go here!!!
