I had a colonoscopy scheduled for today. After doing the complete prep and a check-in I got to the hospital this morning and they said the doctor had canceled my appointment. I never received any notification from the doctor and I definitely am a very unhappy Patient! I know I will not go through another prep.
I have never met a more uncaring physician. I took my 85-year-old mother to see Dr. Vernon for severe stomach pain. We shared with Dr. Verdon that she had been in pain for several years and that nothing she had tried had helped. I talked her into looking for a gastroenterologist. We went to see Dr. Vernon and explain to him what was going on he looked at my mother and said and I quote “You’ve had stomach pains for years?
