Poorly ran and it looks a mess. I waited almost an hour and a half for my appointment when I was the first one there. I will definitely not come back here and I suggest you find somewhere else.
I only wanted to see this doctor because I thought he was the best of the best, boy was I completely wrong … The initial appointment with the PA went fine, My colonoscopy and endoscopy went fine, but this follow up with the actual doctor was a nightmare . I guess Dr Vernon is an ok doc, but his office is the most poorly run I have encountered in over 30 years of dealing with my own healthcare issues, having lived on both coasts of the US. They do not answer the phone and they do not return calls if you leave a voicemail. If you happen to get someone to actually answer the phone, you will learn very quickly that you calling is a problem for them and they will then forward you and ask you to leave another voicemail. I couldn’t even get them on the phone to make my first appointment I called 10 times within 1hr so I’m gonna go somewhere else
