Visiting Dr. Erickson was a delight, interesting comment to make when visiting with a Surgeon for sure. However, let me help you better understand the reason why. Most Surgeons are brief and generally hurried when confronted by a curious patient ... not typically wanting to take the time to explain the procedure in much detail ... generally too hurried.
