Medical care is excellent. However, I see the post about waiting for half an hour to make an appointment was posted 2 years ago. Seems like things have not improved. I was on hold for 17 minutes to speak to someone to ask for a med refill to be called in to the pharmacy. The doctors need to hire some more front office help!!!!
