Dr. Piening frequently rushes his appointment. Don’t rely on his staff to properly check your insurance benefits, they are incapable of doing so. None of them were actually able to see that they didn’t accept my insurance. In fact they said multiple times that they did. Avoid this office if at all possible.
Dr. Piening cares about his patients, listens to all concerns yoi may have and addresses them. He has been my primary care physician for over 30 years and I trust his decisions.
Great experience. My nurse was friendly and professional. Next appt already scheduled.
