Friendly, full explanation of shoulder procedure and he was able to get me in without a long wait. This was my 2nd procedure (1st was right side, 2nd was left). Pain free almost immediately.
Dr Nilsson is the BEST. So kind and also very respectful. He was thorough in explaining the details of his diagnosis. He answered all my questions even though some were quite hypothetical. I trust him more than any other provider I’ve ever worked with.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very informative throughout my visit. My issue was diagnosed and treated quickly and efficiently. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Nilsson never made me feel like he was in a rush. Has great bedside manner and makes you feel like you matter. He took time to explain the probable reason for my pain (I’m on cancer maintenance meds, so there are several factors that could be at play) and reviewed X-ray thoroughly with me. I appreciate the depth of knowledge he has and different ways to approach treatment. His assistant, Blake, was also very kind and helpful during my visit. Highly recommend him for any orthopedic concerns.
