I am very grateful to this company. They did an incredible job on my home during the post Helene rebuild. Kurt and his team are very professional, clean and courteous. He always kept me informed on what was going on. Their plumbing work was so good that when the inspector came he was so impressed with the work, and the clean, clear presentation that he passed it right away. I’ve known the son since high school but I have current customers (I do house cleaning) That actually use them So not only do I know that they are genuinely amazing people, but they do awesome work as well!
Rude secretary very unpleasant to talk to. Secretary should be fired.. find another company, you will be better off.Secretary is dishonest and unprofessional. Better business bureau should look into this.
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and decent customer service. We were recommended this company who said Kurt was a down to earth, nice guy who did a good job. Unfortunately, we didn’t get past his secretary Shirley who was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever spoken to. Shirley was rude from the first phone call I made when I was just asking for general information. Honestly, I should have left it there….
