Saw Dr. Lawton for bilateral baker's cysts. Ultrasound in office showed fluid on front of knees as well. Thus 4 separate procedures aspirating fluid plus cortisone injections in both knees. Step by step, provider told me prior to anesthetic being injected, when needle inserted again to withdraw fluid, and when cortisone injected. I would say pain of "1" on pain scale. Very little discomfort during procedures. I was very impressed with Dr. Lawton and his nurse/medical assistant. Definitely would recommend Dr. Lawton!
