Very happy with Dr. Krautmann. I broke my fibula on ice and saw the OUCH clinic. They were great. Highly recommend instead of ER! Fast and price of just a specialist visit. I then saw Dr. Krautmann after a week. He explained everything very well. I REALLY appreciate that I could ask (many) questions and did not feel rushed in any way. Very personable and easy to talk to. I woukd highly recommend Dr. K.

I would say overall professional. I came to see him due to pain in my foot. I originally called to see podiatry, and I explained I have hEDS and don’t want to be given any push back about that diagnosis, just some treatment for my muscles. The receptionist claimed he would be a better fit for hEDS vs a podiatrist. I explained exactly where I was diagnosed and I just need his opinion on my foot.
