I am on Dr. Kastendieck's concierge plan and am happy with everything about him and his practice. I can contact him and his office easily and schedule appointments, refill prescriptions, or get his recommendations when needed. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I felt that Dr. Kastendieck covered the topics I wanted addressed and additionally gave me a B-12 shot and recommended a brand of B-12 tablets. My swollen let foot remains an issue to be perhaps looked into by imaging but I have yet to make that decision. He offered his opinions and offered possible ways to investigate what is happening. I am a new patient and new to a Signature doctor.
Dr. K. provided excellent service and follow through on a delicate serious medical situation I developed last fall. His in patient visits are always thorough and thoughtful. My only criticism or concern is that his front office staff is inconsistent and I wish he would focus on moving more quickly to being a full time concierge Doctor.
Very helpful and respectful. I have been very pleased with all of his service and I would highly recommend him.
Does not look the patient in the eye, my husband was never told by this Dr about any Kidney issues yet when labs done by him were ordered and reviewed by new Dr. there was clear proof there was a 30% drop in kidney function under his care and we were never told about it nor were there ANY notes in the patient file documents, so we were unable to do something sooner, now my husband has 4th stage Kidney disease, 5th step is Dialysis/TRANSPLANT ...................... THANKS DR.

Don't know what happened to him. Only seems to care about money now and not patients. Kept pushing allergy test, vitamin shots, and BOTOX!!! Not happy
I went saw Dr. K because I was looking for a primary care physician, std test and digestive track issues. He gave me a depression screening that I told him was not necessary. There were 9 questions on a small slip of paper and I answered one or two as yes, "Do you have trouble sleeping at night?". He immediately tried prescribing medication, for a problem I do not have. He tried to make me take an allergy test which I refused to take because I was losing trust of the doctor and his conflicts of
