Absolutely wonderful, patient, kind, caring and efficient.
Dr. Kaczmar was very thorough in his examination and summarized my condition and proposed therapy in an understandable way.
Kurt is attentive, professional, and efficient. He also takes the time to answer your questions and provide context to your ailment and treatment procedures. He is my go-to for any ENT issues.
Great wait time, the PA and the staff were patient and went over everything thoroughly. PA Kurt Kaczmar also took his time to explain the anatomy of the ear in layman’s term so it was really easy to understand. Really great bedside manner and answered all my questions kindly and thoroughly!
