I had a second surgery yesterday under the care of Kurt Hofmann, MD at the New England Baptist outpatient surgical center in Dedham. I feel so fortunate to have had his surgical expertise, his kind manner and excellent listening skills. After my first foot surgery in June, I participated in a course of OrthoLazer treatment post-operatively that was recommended to reduce pain and inflammation. Always a wait of about 30 minutes. Physician has tons of experience and quite personable, open to discussion and different point of view. Office staff OK, medical aides are very pleasant. New office needs to complete signage and not paper ones
The entire team throughout the experience was fantastic. The scheduling was awesome. Pre and post surgical appointments fantastic The surgical team were also fantastic. There's not one bad thing I can say about my entire experience. All staff superb.
