I first saw Dr. Heiland in 2009 and remember it being a positive experience. So when I needed an ENT again recently, it didn't occur to me to look up current reviews, but I truly wish I had. Dr. Heiland is INCREDIBLE! Truly the best in the valley! He repaired my eardrum via surgery and from start to finish gave me the very best care! He kept me well informed of my diagnosis and options, and was always happy to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. I am now healed fully and my hearing is better than ever! I went to him for thyroid surgery. He did a great job. Seems like most of the low star ratings are people rating the doctor based on a personality test. He’s a doctor! Let’s look at what’s important. Good work. Visit him and his staff and know you’re in good hands.
