Had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Jones and the entire staff. He has a great chairside manner and is incredibly prudent and conservative with his plan of care. Having been a dental hygienist for over 40 years I have seen the wide spectrum of dental care and Dr. Jones is top notch! I couldn't be happier with the work he did and would recommend him to anyone!!!
Dr. Jones was very professional and caring throughout my procedure. He kept me informed about the process. His staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated bring given an overview of what to expect and what the next steps were. All that said, this review doesn't have enough stars. I was positively terrified of this procedure. They managed to calm me down, they may not have known how calming they were. That alone is another 10 stars.
There is simply no other way to put this but he’s it and that’s that! He and his team are simply awesome! Extremely skilled in his field then add Incredible personality and people skills - a much needed combination when you’re dealing with a dental phobia patient like me. I’ve referred him to several people / family members who also love him just as much as I do! My husband was waiting for me in his office one day... another lady was talking to him about Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones is great. The dental assistants are great. The front desk staff are not great. Never once have I called and not felt like I was inconveniencing these women in some way. Its unfortunate that the front line of this otherwise great practice leaves a bad taste in even one person's mouth. I know these girls are busy, but being polite takes no more time than being unfriendly.
