Long waiting time. Long waiting time for just an appointment. Makes you come in just for negative test results. Several appointments still don’t know what’s wrong with me, tests show nothing. But he wants to do a surgery. Don’t know what the surgery is as you get zero information or papers. I don’t even have surgery orders. Seems to be more about what all he can charge your insurance instead of actually figuring out what is wrong with you. Don’t recommend at all. You’d be better off just diagnosing yourself.
He really seems to care at times.
Long wait in waiting room, one hour plus. Second visit in and out, $225.00 for him just ordering different meds that still no improvement. Very high fees that exceeds insurance schedules. I cancelled third appointment and will not go back.
I could never recommend you to any one! The way our daughter was treated, very unprofessional!!! Very impolite !
Met with Dr. Garren today for the first time. What an amazing man he and his staff were fantastic, he was down to earth explained everything and spoke to us like we actually mattered. If you need an ear, nose & throat Dr you won't find anyone better.
I recommend Dr. Kurt Garren and staff to anyone in Tuscarawas & Holmes County over ALL OTHER ENT doctors. I'm been a patient since 2004. Professionalism, Courtesy, and caring is all provided here.
