Kurt is very kind and understanding. His bedside manner is warm and friendly. He takes the time out to listen to the patient. He provided me with informative information to be healthy. He made sure that I received the proper care from highly qualified physicians upon his recommendations. He goes above and beyond and saved my life when I had a widow maker. He also made sure that I got the proper care during my breast cancer treatments and after care. The staff is kind, warm and friendly.
Horrible customer service. Was demeaned in front of my 15 year old daughter. Was blatantly told to go to another doctor. Kurt Boyd the most unprofessional health care provider.
The office staff is rude, defensive, unwilling to help patients out with medications. Kurt Boyd is unwilling to fill Rx's. Even after the patient has been on a medication for a long time. I feel that he is withholding medical treatment, even after several attempts to get medication refilled by the family and the pharmacy calling the office several times.
Friendly staff. Mr Boyd is a great listener and very knowledgeable.
