Beware! Mr. Smith 's services are overpriced and unreliable. He failed to show up for my court date in a custody case and then charged me over $600 in the fees to re-file (after not answering his phone for almost a week). He agreed to drop those charges and my case was settled when he did show up for rescheduled court date. My experience with kurt A smith was educational in learning things lawyers can do & get away with & there's very little that can be done about it, he shouldn't even have a Licence to practice all he wants Is your money & will tell you whatever it takes to get it , & he lies to his clients a lot , & it's posted online that he even spent a night in jail cause he didn't want to do jury duty & really upset the judge enough that he threw him in jail overnight!
