I have a near new Ferris Zero turn that I purchased from Sydney that needed a warranty claim and the guys at Premier were so helpful with my claim. Everything was sorted so quickly, efficiently and without headaches. Anthony is a gentleman and got the job done for me. Maxine’s customer service over the phone was lovely. They make you feel like you’re being treated like family. Old school Aussie hospitality and customer service! I highly recommend using them for your machines and equipment!
