This boutique house was originally built more than 100 years ago, but it was maintained very well and interior spaces are decorated and equipped with all facilities. Room is very spacious , clean and tidy. Paking is easy at street. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Andre and Linda are very kind and offer many usful advices on local restaurants and tours. Would be happy to stay there next time.
Wonderful first night in Tasmania. Linda and Andre were very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful house and rooms with four poster canopy bed. Highly recommended!
First time in Tasmania and Kurrajong House was a perfect choice. The room was clean and spacious with unique aesthetic. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Amazing location... 2 minutes from everything. Absolutely beautiful inside and out, with hosts to match! We had a beautiful night sleep on our super cosy/ comfy four-poster bed, followed by a delicious full cooked and continental breakfast with all the trimmings. To top it off we even got a snuggle with two very cute little sausage dogs! Thank you so much Kurrajong House, a beautiful home away from home ❤️
We stayed at Kurrajong House for one night and happened to be the only guests that evening — it felt like having the whole beautiful place to ourselves! We came from Hobart for a short visit, and next time we’re in Launceston, we’ll definitely be back. Fresh flowers, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the lovely touches everywhere made it feel like home. Thank you, Linda and Andre, for your wonderful hospitality. P.S. I promise to be a better man next time! (LOL)
