Such a big brand and their listed number is unavailable, same is the case with their customer care number listed on their website, they are just not interest in customer, thats how begins the end of big brands.

Never ever think of buying a kurlon mattress. Poor customer service poor quality mattress fraud activities are their key goals. Making customer fool is the top priority and no communication with senior management ... Only you can communicate is with call centre people who have zero information about the product or customer grievances Provide repaired matress when you ask for replacement and will also charge you highly and invoice you with different amount .... Nothing but fooling the customers

If i had an option to give negative rating i would have given negative. I was very clear with the dealer that i need a firm mattress and he suggested me to get the spine comfort mattress, the mattress was good for a few months and then after that it started getting soft and now it is not firm at all, when i lie down the back sinks into the mattress causing me extreme back pain issues and stiffness.
