Completely unrealistic on pricing that they tell you about during the pre-sale, you only learn about the true price after you give them the $2,500. Once they come back with the price that is $40 per square foot more than the original quote, for a house with no special features, they then tell you that the $2,500 has all been used up by the "designer's" time, despite it being a few simple drawings with no real detail, and it would not have taken many alterations had they actually listened to what we wanted.
