I have been trying to contact them for two days to know if my order is ready. They do not pick up the phone. Been waiting 20 minutes trying to contact the store.
When painters accidentally broke our window, they were ignored by every window company they called and asked if we would follow up, hoping we’d have better luck as the homeowner. Kuritsky was quick to respond and the window was replaced within two weeks at a very fair price. Easy to work with, communicative about order status, prompt, and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.
