I first contacted Kuring_Gai Landscapes via their website enquiry form, requesting a quote and providing details of my project. After waiting a week for a response, I phoned their mobile number in late August. They said they would contact me 'by the end of next week' IE: end of August. I have not heard from them since. It appears that if they're not interested in a project, they just ghost you. Very unprofessional.

Rod seems to be a very reliable gardener! Not only does he provide professional planting advice, but his prices are also reasonable. Such a gardener is truly a rare find. Are you planning to have him help design or renovate your garden?

Rod repaired an old retaining wall on our property (which included re-building a large chunk of it from scratch). From getting a quote through to finishing the job, Rod's communication and professionalism was excellent. He took the time to understand our needs and the quality of work he delivered was fantastic - he really took the time to do the job well and you could tell he takes pride in his work.
