I have been reading several reviews for Mr. Kurian and his professionalism and quality of work. I have quite a different review. He was incredibly professional in his follow through before my event and delivered the most DELICIOUS meal for my daughter's graduation party! 2 hrs late and still forgot gravy ! Not enough food to go around to feed everyone .I ordered for 200 because I wanted our guest to be able to take food to go !was not enough to feed the appropriate 125 guest that I did have. To add to this Gerald called 3 days prior to the wedding I had a houseful of company and he asked if he could charge my card in full ,and I should have known better but I said yes!
