Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional doctors and assistants. They have been very good with contacting me for appointment reminders, and allowing everything to be done online before you arrive, so that your appointment is always quick and productive and pleasant. They have a very streamlined operation, and I've never seen an overbooked waiting room, and never had a long wait. After spending $200 + $30 for eye mask I was yet not cured for red eyes and swelling for 2 weeks but after showing to another doctor within 36 hours I got cured... diagnosis was not wrong but delay of treatment is .. when a patient is spending $230 for emergencies he came with some expectations not just diagnosis...
Terrible experience with this eye institute. Had a full exam and did not receive an eyeglass prescription. Everything is automated so I can't get through to request one. Also my original reason for going was cataract refraction surgery and I mentioned before my visit that I had lasik only to discover $200 later that they will not treat someone like me. The Dr. was very good other than not giving me an eyeglass prescription.
