I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Kurgo. Kurgo stands behind their products 100%. On Easter my dog managed to break a strap off his harness. I took photo to send and e-mailed Kurgo. The very next day they messaged me back asking for details of my dog's harness size and also asked to see photos of my pup and his name and to let me know that my pup's new harness should arrive within 2 weeks.
