Shady employees from top to bottom. Uninformed bud tenders. Seemingly inebriated employees on the job, and poorly informed on the products. Shop at Blazed instead. Better product, and honest, and helpful employees
I haven't purchased anything from ANY location of Kure since I visited the Eldorado location back when they first opened in 2022. Imagine my shock when i just now logged into my online NM Health profile for the first time to find that somebody at this location used my medical cannabis card information to make multiple purchases without my knowledge, or consent. I went today, and the counter-help was so messed up, his eyes were rolling back in his head, and he reeked of alcohol. He didn't want to help me or sell me anything, and left right behind me, and closed the store at 3pm. I tried calling the other Kure stores, but none of them answered the phone, and they don't empty their voice mailboxes, either, so it's not possible to leave a message. Update 6/29/25 I went by to make a purchase and at the end of the transaction I was asked do you want your change?? Which was a whole $9 Ugh duh!!!!! I typically tip but now realize this man has been keeping my change up until now. This type of behavior does not deserve a tip whatsoever. Santa Fe is seriously absurd what is going on with people!?? I'm appreciating the quality flower they are now carrying. Now I don't have to go far for my medicine 🥰💪 Also great customer service today.🔥
