Easy check in, chill staff easy unload with no wait gave immediate directions to dock. I also arrived 2hrs before my appointment, the workers got straight to work unloading took 30 min tops and i was out. No traffic only seen 3 trucks loading or unloading. Tons of space for docking, hands down the easiest delivery ive had in 3yrs of trucking.
Drawn out process for getting a permit but otherwise, relatively quiet place to work for an industrial site.
