Had my Rottweiler and mastiff cross desexed. Emma’s customer service was impeccable. The way staff treated my “dangerous” dogs was gentle and loving. They are patient and accommodating for all customers within the premises. Cost for both dogs ended up being $600 cheaper than other vet. Thank you Emma and the whole team at Kuranda Veterinary.

We had to come for an emergency, and I was very happy with the service provided. The lady at the office was so nice and understanding, and the vet caring and professional. I recommend!
Extremely disappointed with the negligence of the local vet, definitely do not recommend taking your pets here. Our 17 year old dog was limping when we came home and we brought her to get X-Rays. She had a broken foot bone (Metacarpal) which was likely from a fall due to her poor eyesight. The vet charged us $400 for the X-Ray, consultation and bandages ($62 of the total!). She is a small 4.5kg dog, the mark up on the bandages was excessive. That alone put us off going back but it got worse. They didn’t offer any pain killer... read more
