This was my first time at the Dorchester location, and it was pretty similar to my experience at the Watertown location. Highlights: sweet shrimp (very plump), umami salmon, udon (though the shrimp tempura were kinda sad). The skipjack tuna was also quite good. The negitoro tasted a bit overly processed/mushy/gloppy.
